Sea Fury “Argonaut” sits under a moody sky, waiting for the sun at the annual Wings Over Wine Country airshow. This aircraft was delivered to the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1947 before being acquired by the Sanders family. The four-bladed prop is a sign that the original Bristol Centaurus engine has been replaced with a Pratt & Whitney R-2800. I do love the look of the five-blade prop on the original engines.
