Hawaiian Coconut Porter – Brewsters Brewing Company

From Brewsters Brewing Company out of Calgary, Alberta comes their "Hawaiian Coconut Porter". The beer pours a deep brown colour with a brown head. The aroma consists of coconut, chocolate, roasted malts with a semi sweet finish. The flavour is of chocolate, coconut, roasted malts, earth and a very mild bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 5% with an IBU of 32. This is an enjoyable porter with just enough going on to be a great choice for a standard fridge 6 pack.
