Have Time for You...

Have time for you...And yet it is good to take some time just for you.
Sit on a chair, a bed and just stay still for a couple of minutes.
Listen to your breath, hear the sounds around you.
Let any thoughts that come to mind, float away.
In this busy life we forget to have a quiet minute to ourselves,
To recollect our thoughts and feelings.
And it cannot be helped, our busy lives.
But just remember, leave some time, even if its small,
Just for you.
