Top o’ the morning to you!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day, the holiday where everyone becomes Irish for the day. We’ll be starting our morning off right with some Irish coffee made with coffee flavored tequila from Puerto Vallarta I received from my best friend, green ricotta pancakes, potatoes and eggs..of course! I’d say that’s a hearty meal before embarking on beer tasting and festivities!
