One good example of that is when you need to choose between yourself or the people around you. As a Filipino, we often say that we always give time to others, help them, comfort them and so forth. However for some instance, you wanted to be alone, this time it will be your own. You just want to spend time for yourself. At first you would realized that there are so much of your needs and wants that you miss to address. You just found out that you are not happy with what you have.
