Portsmouth based post-punk quartet Hallan have made a video for their latest single Lilian's Regret: "(A song) about a Moldovan murderer, who was featured in the "World’s Toughest Prisons" TV series. It is unclear what happened exactly, but now that'he is locked up up in a small concrete room, he has plenty of time to think about what went wrong in his life." The clip was directed by J. Rossignol.
