Portsmouth based post-punk quartet Hallan channel quite bit of Echo and the Bunnymen on their new single, Lilian’s Regret. Don't be fooled be the title. It is not about a woman feeling sorry for herself, but about a Moldovan murderer, who was featured in the "World’s Toughest Prisons" TV series. It is unclear what happened exactly, but now that is locked up up in a small concrete room, he has plenty of time to think about what went wrong in his life.
