From Ridge Brewing Company in Maple Ridge comes their "Hairy Donut Amber Ale". The beer pours an amber colour with a tan head. The aroma consists of fruit, hint of honey possibly, bready caramel and sweetness. The flavour is of citrus, other fruits, bready caramel, honey, sweetness and mild bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 5% with an IBU of 35. This is a nice aprochable Amber Ale.
