At the moment I love looking and seeing what new and cool things are appearing in the world of Hair. I thought it would be good to look at hair trends for this year and my thoughts on them.

Trend #1
Braids- Whether they are simple or fancy braids they are very in for this year. They are good for going out or for those lazy days in. I love this trend and loving learning how to do new braids.

Ombre- Specifically obviously ombred hair. I love ombred hair but I have never ombred my own hair, I know it can damage your hair. But I do love how it looks on others.

Beach Waves- The perfect way to wear your hair on holiday, natural looking gorgeous waves. Unfortunetly my hair does not curl...like refuses to, even the hairdresser couldn't make my hair stay curly for more than an hour! But it is a very gorgeous look and envy those who have beach waves naturally...so not fair!

Pastel Colours- Just like fashion pastels are in for hair aswell. I love the purple one below and think it would be amazing to have that color of hair.

Red Hot- Red hair is a hot trend this year. From orange-reds to deep reds to fire truck red its all good for this year. Not everyone suits red but others look smokin hot in red.

Vintage- Vintage, 60's hair do are a big hit with celebs so far this year. I have never particularly liked this style on anyone, however I have seen some bloggers who pull it off so effortlessly that I may be coming round to the look...slowly!

Short and edgy- This look has been a huge hit with many celebrities this year and all pull it off beautifully. I do think this look can be either absolutely gorgeous or really terrible, you will suit it or you won't! Like I definitely would not suit it!
Overall my favorite trends are the braids and the beach waves, what about you?
I hope you have like this sort of post, I dont think I have ever done a hair post? But i fancied doing one so I did and will hopefully post some more in the not to distant future!
