Hey y'all! I'm Tami and I blog over at Little Moments Like This. I'm a Marine wife and momma to our sweet daughter, Emerson. I was thrilled when Andrea asked me to guest post. I've been reading her blog since she was pregnant with Avrie and I consider her one of my best bloggy friends!
* Guest Post: Tami & The Elephants of IndiaOur family is currently finishing up a three year tour overseas and we are so excited to be moving back to the United States next month. We lived in Africa for the first part of our tour and we are currently in the UAE. One of the best parts about living overseas is the opportunity to travel. We've been lucky enough to see some places that we might otherwise never been able to visit.  Our favorite trips were to Cape Town, South Africa, Garmish, Germany and Goa, India. Our trip to India was our most recent and while we were there we got to do something that I had previously only dreamed about.
We were lucky enough to get up close and personal with a family three beautiful elephants. There aren't words that can do the experience justice, so I think I'll just let the pictures do the talking.* Guest Post: Tami & The Elephants of India

After petting them, we got the chance to go for a little ride. They are much, much taller than they look in these pictures. It was a little bit scary being up that high but we did have quite the view!

To say that this was one of the most amazing experiences of my life is a bit of an understatement. It was just incredible to be so close to these amazing creatures and it was even more fun to see it all through the eyes of Emerson. She was mezmerized!
Now that we're heading back home, I don't foresee nearly as much travel in our future. I'm so thankful for the opportunities we've had and for the thousands of pictures I've taken! I'm sure I'll be looking back at them for many years to come.
If you want to know more about us, please stop by my blog and say hello! I'm always looking for new bloggy friends!
