Living in south Florida, we barbecue all year round. Meat, vegetables, even pizza … we’ve made it all on our grill! Kabobs are always popular because we can tailor each one to individual tastes. Prefer chicken over beef? No problem. Hate onions? Just take them off. Each family member can choose what to place on their kabob. My husband is our barbecue chef and grill master, so he’s always the one placing the kabobs on the grill. It’s really easy to rotate your kabobs on the rack for optimal cooking, and you can even place the rack and skewers in the dishwasher!
