Green FOR BREAKFAST
This is the fourth time that I have made this green shake.  I don't know if I have mentioned this before, but I am trying to lose some weight and eat healthier.  My shake has 1 banana, 1 pink lady apple, 10 grapes, 1 cup of kale/spinach/chard mix, 1/2 cup parsley and 6 cups Langers pineapple juice.  
So yummy!
Are you trying to lose weight?  If so, what are you doing and what prompted your decision to do so?
