Ingredients
1 kgr potatoes in slices 1 cm thick
800 gr crougettes
4 cooking tomatoes blendered
1 large onion chopped
2 garlic cloves in slices
1 cup chopped parsley
1 Tbs tomato paste (disolved in a glass of water)
1 cup olive oil
salt, pepper
Preperation
In a baking pan lay down the potatoes, springle the onion and the garlic, add on the top the crougettes, season with salt and pepper.Add on the top the blendered tomatoes mixed with parsley, the olive oil and the tomato paste. Shake the pan to mix well the liquid ingredients.
Bake in the oven in 200 C or 375 F for one or more hour in bottom up oven. In the middle of the hour check the sauce if it is well mixed with the ingredients and with a spoon springle the sause over the vegetables.Good Luck!!!
