Grapefruit IPA – Ridge Brewing Company

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Ridge Brewing Company in Maple Ridge comes their "Grapefruit IPA". The beer pours a copper colour with a white head. The aroma consists of grapefruit, lemon and floral hops. the flavour is quite citrusy with lots of grapefruit and lemon, caramel malts, some earthy nots and hops bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 5.7% with an IBU of 73. I consumed this beer on tap at the brewery and found it very refreshing.
