Granose Meat-free Sausages

If you like vegetarian sausages, these are worth trying. I think you could even add extra spice to the mix maybe in a few vegetables like onion and peppers! I might need to try that next week or 2! :)


1 sachet of Granose Sausage mix
125ml cold water
Oil for frying


Empty the sachet in to a bowl and add cold water,stir and leave for 10 minutes.


After 10 minutes all the water will be soaked up and very thick.


Heat up some oil in a shallow fry can over medium/high heat.


With your hands shape the sausage mix into 4 sausages


Place into the fry pan, turning as the brown.


Cook all the sides until nice and golden brown.


This maybe the indian in me – but using a sheet of kitchen towel place the sausages on top ( this will absorb any excess oil from the sausage)


I served the sausages with some ramen style noodles with peas and sweetcorn, but you could have them with rice, mash potato, chips or until a sausage sandwich.

I give these sausages a good 8/10!!
