Graham Smith took his time to make his debut as a recording artist. A couple of decades went by since he fell in love with a German girl, while on holiday in Greece. He tried to wow her by singing Dylan songs - it did not work, but he made passionate music fan for life.
Now, at age 67, his debut single Safe In My Hands, sees the light of day. It's a soft rocker celebrating the smooth sound of the early Seventies West Coast, wrapped in sugarcoated melancholy. He knows he is late to the pary, but he fill find an audience that can relate to his lyrics about lost youth and offering a secure place to stay.
