Yesterday was a good day for hip hop because not only did Chance the Rapper release Acid Rap, but the trio from New York, Gorilla Warfare Tactics, released their long overdue mixtape Zoology. I say that because the group took blogs by storm back in 2011 with their Premier EP and since then were quiet -- until about a month ago. It's nice to have them back and on these tracks we can hear that Dilla never lost his wordplay and production duo Imagine1984 can still deliver raw New York beats.
