The chart reflects the results of the latest Economist / YouGov Poll -- done between September 1st and 3rd of a national sample of 1,500 adults (including 1,069 registered voters). The margin of error for adults is 2.6 points, and for registered voters is 3.1 points.
A Majority of every demographic group believes the cause of global climate change is human activity (the overuse and misuse of fossil fuels), except one. That one group that disagrees is the Republican group. Republicans finally admit the climate change is happening, but still won't admit it's due to human activity. If they admitted that, they would also have to admit that Trump, and other Republican officials, are wrong -- and just acting on behalf of corporations (to the detriment of everyone else).
If climate change is an issue that's important in the next election, then the Republican candidates will suffer.
