Google Nose Lets You Smell What You Search

Posted on the 01 April 2013 by Nrjperera @nrjperera

Google, today introduced a new feature for its search engine that allows users to smell what they search. For example, if you search for “Wet Dog” it will transfer the smell of a Wet Dog to the display of your smartphone or computer, letting you smell it. Head over to Google Nose and try it out. There are a lot of smells you can try there including the smell of Fear, Peppermint, Locker room or even Car exhaust.

Did you smell anything? Well, you should have checked for the date before visiting this page because you’ve just been pranked. Google is one of the companies that never forget to prank so hard on April fools day. And this is only one of them. Seems like they’ve went through a lot of trouble for this one.

Prepare for more pranks and have fun..
