The final scholarship we have to announce this year is that the Goedeker's Annual College Book Scholarship goes to Vinneva Flynn!
Vinneva's passion for the fashion world led her to The High School of Fashion Industries and to her acceptance at Syracuse University.
From her essay: "In addition, I have participated in the Fashion Association of Design Students (FADS) and Syracuse Fashion Week by contributing handmade outfits for the fashion shows, designed and created by myself. These led into my participation for the "Go Red for Women" Campaign for the American Heart Association by contributing a design that was auctioned off to raise funds for lowering heart disease and stroke in Central New York.
Vinneva will be dual majoring in Fashion Design and Economics at Syracuse University this fall.
