It’s Valentine’s Day today and so I decided to post this gorgeous red Alexander McQueen frock to honor the traditional Valentine’s color red. Model Aymeline Valade was photographed by Nathaniel Goldberg for Harpers’ Bazaar Korea’s May 2013 issue. I am quite a fan of Aymeline, she always brings the clothes she models to life but without looking more important than the frock itself.
I’ve been crazy busy this week and on top of teaching Sun Salutations at yoga teacher training yesterday, I had to do it all with a head cold from hell. I’m grateful it all went well, but I don’t want to have to teach like that ever again if I can help it, it’s not much fun, especially trying to give breath instruction when I could barely breathe myself! Don’t recommend it!
I had a beautiful Valentine’s Day – I got to spend it with a very dear friend. We watched my girls in choir practice, then we had coffee, then more coffee, then we took a walk along the beach, caught up with my brother and then shopped together, had some lunch then picked my girls up from school before saying farewell. A very special day with a very special girlfriend.
Tomorrow I’m volunteering at Yoga Day which is going to be lots of fun!
