As we settle into the New Year with ease and grace, have you kept to your intentions or resolutions so far? I have committed to 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene to get me back in the swing of my practice. I didn’t really let go of my daily practice over the Christmas break, but I felt it was a good opportunity to encourage myself (and others I hope!) to focus on a daily session with someone else guiding me to keep me headed in the right direction… I am working on keeping my authentic self at the forefront and I believe that showing up on the mat every single day for 30 days will contribute to achieving this goal.
