I love making drinking juice. It always makes me feel amazing the rest of the day. It gives me more energy than coffee and helps the body detox throughout the day.
But I hate preparing the veggies for it. I don’t know why. It’s just a lot of washing. So, I’m pre-washing enough fruits and veggies to last a weeks or so.

I always go in spurts with juicing, and I think {hope!} I will be more consistent if everything is pre-washed and ready to go.

Mine was slightly less red since I added kale and parsley.
Miles said it was “hot” probably due to the fresh, raw ginger…yummmm.
Tomorrow I’ll be doing one that I’ve done for years, which is still one of my favorites. I LOVE adding lemon in there – rind and all!
Anyway, I’m glad to be back on this train. It’s a good, tasty, refreshing one, yes?
