The singer is due to lift 'Run' as the third single from her recently-released album Big Fat Lie on November 15.
Scherzinger will also perform the track on The X Factor the day after for this week's results show.
'Run' follows previous hits 'Your Love' and 'On The Rocks'.
Aside from music, the 36-year-old has signed up to the revival of the London production of Cats, in which she will play Grizabella.
The record-breaking musical will return to London's Palladium Theatre for a 12-week run in December.
