You know I have a thang for copper tubing. For my summer series on design*sponge, I wanted to see how many ways I could use it and if you saw sketchbook you'd see that a) my brain is a bit twisted b) there are tons of uses for it and c) one of the simplest ways I could think to use it is for a curtain rod. You just have to cut it to the size and bingo. I added a wood block, spray painted it bronze with a geometric pattern and you're, uh, golden. Go to design*sponge for the full instructions.

If you live in Copenhagen, you have the chance to win a Vipp bin by entering a contest sponsored by Love My Guide and Antom Dam. Go here for the instructions, but basically you create a guide to Copenhagen on Love My Guide and then post it to our Facebook site to be judged. The last day is tomorrow and the winner will be announced at our night event tomorrow night! Good luck!
