I wore my colorful Language Los Angeles "Claudia" silk tunic this past Friday for dinner and movie night. I've been wearing this dress nonstop as the vibrant geometric print and flowy boho goodness is quite perfect for summer days and easy to layer on those chilly yet cozy summer nights. Make it work appropriate with a pair of black tights, ankle boots, and a light denim jacket.
After dinner at Monte Alban (love the pozole soup), we watched Her, a movie about lonely guy Joaquin Phoenix falling in love with his operating system. Throughout the movie, I couldn't help but feel jolts of loneliness as the movie reinforced my belief that the efficiencies and advancement of technology accelerates social loneliness. So close this browser, go outside, and touch somebody!
