A spritz of Gucci Guilty Black not only reveals floral notes of violet, amber, and patchouli but also misty hints of one's darkest and deepest transgressions. Its sensual scent is unbridled and elicits vivid notions of breaking all rules. After all, if you're already guilty, what's there to fear? Rules no longer apply.
I wore the perfume for the very first time a few weekends ago to afternoon tea with a group of USC students and decided to pair the fragrance with an innocent and innocuous puffy floral dress as a deceitful distraction from the sexy scent. It was a confusion of senses as the look was sweet while the smoldering scent permeated into vixen territory. The dichotomous shift between the outfit and the perfume serve to tell the tale of an universal axiom-things are never what they appear to be.
The perfume's strong staying power took me from proper afternoon tea all the way to a a wild and hedonistic night of VEEP watching marathon. In the wee hours of the night, two more spritz showered the sides of my neck as right then and there I made up my mind I was going to be Guilty for quite some time.
