My Experience: Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Shampoo is meant for everyday use. I wash my hair once in every two days. I find that this shampoo actually has defined my curls well. I have been suffering from bad hairfall for sometime and this shampoo has not stopped it, but the hairfall is not that severe as it used to be.
My hair is very thin and this shampoo actually makes it bouncy making it appear quite voluminous. It does not make the hair soft or silky, but it gives vitality to the hair. And I can actually feel that the hair which had become very dull has started appearing quite healthy.(not shiny) However, mending 1 year of damage in 3 washes is a tall claim.

My Experience: Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Conditioner is very very creamy in texture, almost like a mask. Since I have very thin hair and lot of hair loss has worsen the condition I use very little conditioner at the ends of the strands.
And I can assure you that it will be great for girls with very thick and dry hair. The creamy texture makes the hair very soft and manageable. I am glad the frizzy flyaways are a lot tamed now, although I don't use it generously. Like the product.
