Garlic Capsicum Rice
The variety rice is a comfort packed food for lunch. The more time the rice is left with masala the tastier it is. I have a huge collection of variety rice and I keep trying new ones. This is a yummy combo of roasted capsicum and garlic.Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 no green capsicum | Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon spicy garlic dip
- as per taste salt
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice extract
Heat oil in a wok and add cumin and turmeric.
Add spicy garlic dip and fry for a minute.
Add chopped capsicum and salt and saute till capsicum turns crisp.
Add cooked rice and toss well.
Add lemon juice and put off the flame.
Serve hot with raita.
