Garden DirtGarden Dirt Fragrance Oil – Fragrance Oil Spotlight

The Garden Dirt Fragrance Oil is a true to life scent by Natures Garden that smells absolutely earthy. This aroma is perfect for those who love natural and earthy scents. A few of our customers have reported back to us that this fragrance oil does actually have a scent just like potting soil. In fact, one customer has mentioned that this fragrance smells akin to the garden section of home depot. My personal experience with this scent has revealed to me that it is quite possibly the strongest scent we currently carry.

How Do Our Costumers Use Garden Dirt Fragrance Oil?

Although it may seem to be a bit ironic to create soap with a fragrance oil that smells exactly like fresh garden dirt, it can make a perfectly cleansing cold process soap! Homemade soap makers can use up to 5% of this scent in their recipes for soaping. In fact, our Cold Process Soap Testing Results have revealed that this fragrance is perfect for this method of making soap! Not only was this earthy scent a perfect pour, but it has an extremely strong scent retention after cure. Additionally, a soap batch using this fragrance will have no acceleration, no ricing, and no separation. Also, the bars will not have any discoloration as a final product. Further, bath and body products, such as bath gels, bath oils, or lotions, can use up to 5% and still perform well. Additionally, perfumes will perform perfectly with a fragrance concentration of 5%. If you want to color your soaps, then we suggest using brown liquid soap dye in a desired amount to achieve the perfect shade of dirt! However, remember that candle dye will not be sufficient for body products.

Our candle crafters and homemade scenters can use this fragrance to bring a fresh, realistic garden scent to their home. Products containing either vegetable waxes or paraffin wax can use up to 10%. This scent will perform perfect in joy wax and soy wax.  Also, the fragrance will be nice and strong in soy wax. We suggest using five drops of brown liquid candle dye per every four pounds of wax used or to use a small amount of shredded brown color block in your melted wax. Further, room scenters can use this fragrance in a wide variety of projects. Perfumes that include this scent will perform perfectly. Perfumes, lotions, and homemade cleaning products can use up to 5% of this scent. Moreover, potpourri and incense can use up to 50% of this fragrance. Also, this scent has been known to be gel wax compatible, but it is the customers responsibility to test each fragrance.

Whether you want to use this unique, earth aroma to create natural smelling soaps or to trick friends into thinking they’re using dirty soap, this scent is strong and has an exactly right and familiar dirt scent.
