Pacific Beer Chat From Coast Mountain Brewing in Whistler in Collaboration with Handlebar Cafe and Apres comes the "Gaper Juice" a hazy Session Ale made for Gaper Day the last day of skiing at Whistler Mountain and the day you dress in your craziest outfit. Gaper Day takes place on May 21st this year. The beer pours a deeply murky orange with a white head. The aroma consists of floral hops with some juicy and fruity aromas mixed in. The flavour is of juicy tropical and citrus hops, herbal, mild resin, citrus rind, low bitterness with an oat and grain finish. The alcohol content comes in at 4.5% with an IBU of 20. It can be so hard to build a big flavour with low alcohol beer and this one killed it on the flavour side.
