Please note the starting time of Sunday’s home game against the Philadelphia Flyers was changed to 5 pm in February. The game was originally scheduled to start earlier, but the Penguins requested a change because of a conflict with the Pittsburgh Pirates’ season opener.
Fans are encouraged to stick around after the game for a special end-of-the-year video presentation as well as the team’s annual “Shirts Off Our Backs” ceremony! Be sure to reveal the prize on the scratch off card you receive upon having your ticket scanned Sunday night to see if you are one of the lucky fans going home with a Shirt Off Our Back this year! It could be your lucky night!

The walk-through detectors are part of a league-wide initiative by the NHL to enhance security and allow arenas to deliver a smoother, faster screening experience. Previously, fans entering the arena were screened by security personnel with wands. The NHL policy of searching all permitted bags will remain in place. The walk-through metal detectors will be used for Penguins games and all other events at CONSOL Energy Center.
