strong>Aki and Henri are Fun With Muesli, a Finnish alt-pop indie who must have been listening to The Beatles an Wilco religiously. Their debut EP Houseboat is filled with four melancolic songs, with piano and twin guitars as the prominent instruments. Gentle and introspective tunes performed in an off-hand way - it's obvious they are capable of writing smart old school pop songs, with enough twist and turns to fill a small notebook. And just when the listener is under the assumption that quiet i the new loud again, they bring the EP to a close with a bit of guitar that sounds a lot like The Velvet's Hey Mr. Rain.
