This blog originates from a fun little exercise I did over a few weeks to promote a wine tasting party to a group of friends on a Facebook event page. I started posting a different bottle of wine every day that would be poured at the party. As I started adding little stories about each of the bottles – about the wine, where it came from, maybe about the artwork on the bottle – it basically became much like a blog of its own, and a couple friends suggested I should create a real blog to share some of these photos and stories…so here we are!
In time I’ll also be adding photos and summaries of my visits to various wineries and tasting rooms, which seem to be cropping up all over California these days. I’m no wine expert, but I know this: It’s a great time to be a wine enthusiast!
