Friday’s Fab Find: Travelon Toiletry Sheets

Travelon Toiletry Sheets

One of the biggest issues right now with regards to plane travel is the restrictions involving liquids. You can only bring 3.4 oz in your carry on. In order to save money, many travelers are avoiding hotels for Airbnb or other alternative accommodations. Yeah, you’ll save a ton but there are drawbacks. You can’t be sure if toiletries will be provided.  Sure the Airbnb will say “Soap and Shampoo provided” but what if it’s half an oz of that weirdly smelling 4 in 1 wash? No thank you.

So you decided to bring your own, but again you come up against the liquid restrictions. There is something else as well– leakage. I will never forget what happened when the lid came off a shampoo bottle midflight. I had no idea until I reached in. YUCK.
Still when I’ve been traveling, especially overseas, by the time I arrive I am feeling hot and gross. I MUST have access to means to clean myself. There is nothing I loathe more than being sweaty oily and smelly.

Travelon Toiletry Sheets

So what if toiletries existed that were lightweight, spill proof, easily packable and portable? Well, you don’t have to imagine. Check out Travelon Toiletry Sheets. These are dried sheets that are activated by water, are small, weigh nothing, and awesome. Check them out here.

They come in shaving, hand soap, laundry soap, shampoo, and body wash sheets.  You buy the packets of twos with 50 sheets each, 100 total. You’ll be using them for a while. Now, this is very important: remove them from the package with a DRY HAND. Even a single drop of water can ruin an entire packet.

These are perfect for camping or even when bad weather strands you in an airport.

All sheets are 3-1-1 compliant and are carry on approved.

Travelon specializes in items for travel, including anti-theft and organizing bags. If the Travelon Travel Sheets aren’t available on their site, they can be found from these other domestic, Canadian, and international retailers.

What do you do to stay clean and fresh while traveling?
