Once on a red eye flight to Seattle from New York, we kept going further north as the pilot was trying to vector around a storm. It didn't work. We had to land in Chicago's O'Hare and were stuck there for almost 30 hours until the storm passed.
Not having anticipated being stuck in an airport for 30 hours, I didn't have any toiletries or a change of clothes in my carry on. When I finally arrived back in Seattle the following day, I was sure I smelled just fine! I didn't. I felt bad for the people who had the share the shuttle with me, back to Capitol Hill.
