"STRONG WOMAN: MAY WE KNOW THEM, MAY WE BE THEM, MAY WE RAISE THEM" - UNKNOWN
We've all been there. We're not having a good day, we pull out our favorite dress and suddenly we have a spring in our step.
Believe in Yourself Project
One reason so many women come to Bridgette Raes' site is she can teach you how to dress in a way that raises your self-esteem. Knowing you look your best can give you confidence and energize you. The Believe in Yourself Project is an American non-profit charity organization dedicated to providing brand-new, unworn designer dresses for girls to wear at school functions and special occasions. You can visit their site here.
The organization is determined to provide underprivileged teenage girls with brand new unworn dresses. Modern day teenage life can be so hard. I honest don't think I could survive today's high school with cyber bullying and social media. The goal of Believe in Yourself Project is dedicated to the gainful advancement and empowerment of young women with a gift of confidence through fashion.
The Believe in Yourself Project believes that every young woman should feel confident regardless of physicalities or financial circumstance. The Project seeks to revolutionize and reverse some of the negative present day messages into one of positivity and encouragement so that all girls may believe in themselves.
In conjunction with donating dresses, the Believe in Yourself Project seeks to create a program that will provide mentoring services and other support and also bring in women speakers to talk to the girls. The aim is to promote a positive body image and healthy self-esteem at an early age, enabling these young girls to feel good about themselves and to take on active social roles within their school communities.
Let us build a generation of young women with passion, confidence and an appreciation for how fashion can change your life. Head to Believe in Yourself Project to find out how you can get involved here.
