This was an energy filled rejuvenation. It feels amazing waking up early each morning with the sun. Now that I’ve been redecorating my room, it has so much of the bright natural light, I love so much. I’ve also begun oil pulling, and let me tell you, I’m hooked! It may seem weird at first, but its’ worth the try. I honestly feel more energized and it working as I squish away during my daily morning activities, like stretching and making the bed. {quote via}
