The pumpkins are lit up outside, and fall touches have been placed throughout my house, but this fall seems to by flying, don’t you think? I haven’t gone apple picking yet, since the weather hasn’t really been the best here on the east coast, so I’m looking forward to finally taking advantage of this upcoming nice weekend to load up on apples and some unique looking pumpkins. I’ve got plenty of recipes I want to make, like these apple chips, and some new pies, as well as using this season’s fresh ingredients as decor. We had some beautiful days for the first week of Fall, and I took my meditation outdoors with Marley on one perfect morning.
