I am here with one of the most awaited reviews. Ever since I have posted the unboxing of my freewill hair care kit on my Instagram I have been asked to review it in detail ASAP. After using the for almost 20-25 days now, I am going to talk about it here.

Click on that and you will have to answer a series of questions that they ask.
Depending on your preferences and what treatment you need for your hair, they will formulate a personalized hair product.
And in the end they will ask you to choose the color and the name that you would like to have on the bottle.

How is the packaging?
The shampoo comes in a plastic bottle with pump packaging. The pump has a lock-unlock system thus making it easier to travel with.
How is the color and fragrance?
We can choose any color and I went for pink. So my shampoo was pastel pink in color. The fragrance is good. I don’t know how to explain the fragrance. All that I can say is the fragrance is good and soothing.
How is freewill shampoo? How are the consistency and formulation?
So firstly I would like to mention that the shampoo that I am reviewing is personalized for me. It was custom made (formulated) for my hair type and what I wanted for my hair.
My Hair type: Straight and silky.
I was in Trivandrum and the water didn’t suit me which resulted in severe hair fall and I felt that my hair was not as silky as it used to be. So I wanted a shampoo that would help me control hair fall and maintain my hair texture.
When I returned back to Tamil Nadu, my hair fall stopped gradually Alhamdulillah. The consistency of my shampoo is runny. My mother in law got a personalized shampoo for her hair needs and the consistency of her shampoo was thicker than mine. This freewill shampoo didn’t cause any hair fall and it makes my hair so damn very soft. The shampoo alone is enough to hydrate my hair.
It adds shine and hydrates both my hair and scalp. It helped me control dandruff too.
The shampoo washes off the oil and dirt from the hair effectively and gives a soft frizz-free hair.
The shampoo foams well and the quantity that is required for washing depends on your hair length.
All in all I am totally head over heels for this shampoo.
I would highly recommend you to try this. One bottle will last for almost 2 months if you wash your hair twice a week.

Packaging:
The packaging is the same like the shampoo. The pump of my conditioner was a bit loose just wanted to mention it**
My experience with the personalized freewill conditioner
My shampoo when used alone itself makes my hair soft and silky. When this conditioner is used along with the shampoo, I feel as if I have done a hair smoothening at spa.
It makes my hair extra soft. No frizzy hair nothing.
The consistency of the conditioner is thick. So I would suggest you to dilute the conditioner with water before using it. That way you will not end up using an excess product which in turn would prevent you from finishing it soon.
I don’t know why I always end up finishing the conditioner before the shampoo. Anyone else who does that?
As the shampoo is hydrating enough for me I sometimes skip the conditioner.
Consistency
I personally feel the conditioner makes the kit a bit expensive compared to the quantity that is being offered. But then again the brand claims that they source pure ingredients and the product is specifically formulated catering your needs. So can’t really blame them. But as a consumer I felt it be a bit expensive.
If you have a frizzy dry unmanageable hair then this is going to be your ultimate product combination.

The serum comes in a glass bottle with dropper packaging.
How is the color and fragrance?
It is white in color and has a floral fragrance.
How is the serum? How is consistency? Is it sticky?
I just love the consistency. The consistency is medium and it looks like thick oil. But once you rub the serum between your palms it doesn’t feel sticky, heavy or oily. It just tames the frizz and baby hairs in a jiffy without making the hair oily.
The serum is very light, effective, and adds a shine to the hair. A perfect product that would come for your rescue while traveling or in a hurry.
One to two drops of the serum is enough.
If you’re looking for a hair serum that is light, doesn’t make the hair oily, helps to tame your frizzy hair then this is the one.
Suitable for all hair types. People with dry hair will also love it.
Final verdict
I would highly recommend this personalized freewill hair care kit. If you find the kit expensive then you can just try their shampoo. They indeed formulate the shampoo according to your demand and what you want for your hair. So the consistency may vary for you. But the one that I have is LOVE.
If you can’t afford the entire kit then do try their shampoo and the hair serum. In my case, the shampoo alone does the job. My husband is using the serum. I just LOVE THE SHAMPOO
