The Fox News’ logo is quite clearly an imitation of Bioshock’s Infinite’s that many players know every inch of as you can see for yourself below.
Ken Levine - Bioshock’s creator – saw the ironic situation given that Infinite has a strong focus on immigration. Levine the posted a sarcastic tweet that exemplified his feelings and shows that not everyone on the internet is obsessed with potential law suits. The tweet reads as follows: “It’s not the irony of that Fox news thing that bothers me so much. It’s the typesetting.” Levine won’t be suing Fox News so let’s hope if something like this happens to Fox News, they won’t jump the gun.
