Fort Lean can always be counted on for the very pinnacle of powerful pop-rock. "Cut to the Chase" is no different - it's that perfect mix of foot stomping and joyous that we've come to expect from the Brooklyn boys. The track clocks in at the perfect 4 minute mark and has enough hooks to keep you humming for days on end. With the addition of some atmospheric buzzing to their slick guitars, it feels a little more polished than some of their tracks, but at no point does it take a turn into a full pop track. It's the kind of crescendo-laden track that's a perfect way to start any party, especially one celebrating the end of the year.
