Floral Prints for Work

I have been known as someone who doesn’t like floral prints. And it’s true, it takes a lot for me to be attracted to a floral and I definitely don’t wear them all that much. However, when a floral is particularly stunning, I can be easily swayed even if it is just to look at it. After all, Etro is one of my favorite brands.

Floral prints are trendy at the moment and I think they can be suitable for the workplace. I have put five floral print outfits together and at the end of the post, check out some stunning florals for all lifestyles.

For a more professional environment, subtle florals in classic workplace silhouettes are the way to go. I styled this floral dress from Hobbs with a pair of lemon yellow pumps from Botkier, navy tote from Ted Baker and navy statement earrings.

These floral culottes from Kobi Halperin work in a more fashion-forward work environment and get a professional touch with a white jacket from Reiss and tan tank from Lafayette 148. I finished the look with a cognac Acne Studios bag, Prada platform sandals, and pendant from Cos.

A print like this will spring into the air at any workplace. While this silhouette from TiMo is modest enough for work, it can also read a bit soft and passive for more serious work situations like client interfacing and meetings with management. It all depends on your workplace dress code. I styled the dress with soft pink sandals from Coach, Urban Originals satchel and hot pink drop earrings.

If florals in small doses are more palatable to you, this pair of Liberty print floral pumps from J. Crew are adorable. I styled these shoes with navy skinny leg trousers and an oversized poplin shirt from Mango. I finished the look with an MCM bag in hot coral and yellow candy gem statement necklace.

This black and cobalt printed blouse from Equipment is simple yet bold and styles powerfully with these wide-leg pants from L’Agence. I finished the look with a pair of cobalt Unisa pumps from DSW and black faceted wire earrings from Alexis Bittar.
