The New Look Inspire range can be really hit and miss, but when it's good, it's really good, and this dress is one of them really good moments. It's a scuba material with a mesh panel. It might be a be short for some people but i think it will look fab with tights in the colder months. I'm wearing a 22 (i'm finding New Look sizes to be really erratic at the moment).
