Last night HBO aired the first decent True Blood Season 7 promo.
Unfortunately no official version of the promo has been uploaded on-line just yet (hopefully later today) but eagle eyed fans have managed to capture it from their television screens. The version below is not very good quality, and as soon as better versions become available we will amend this post.
WARNING: There is no Eric Northman in this promo.

The start of the season looks likely to continue from exactly where Season 6 left off with the attack on the local community by the infected vampires. (With Pam’s search for or reconciliation with her maker as possibly the only side issue).
Not sure if that is Sookie doing the voiceover? Maybe it will be clearer when we get the official version.
So far I’ve not seen much excitement for either this nor the first teaser promo, probably as they are not showing us the character that we all really want to see – let’s see how long HBO think they can get away with playing this game and torturing us!
