From Coast Mountain Brewing in Whistler comes their "Fire Steel Red Ale". The beer pours a chestnut brown with a tan head. The aroma consists of caramel, nuts and roasted malts. The flavour is of caramel, nuts, earth, resin, roasted malts and bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 6% with an IBU of 48. This is a very tasty red ale and is well worth picking up if you can find it.
