Finding the Perfect Pair of Sunnies with EyeBuyDirect.com

One of my favorite accessories are face shaping sunglasses. Fashionable and funtional, this is one statement piece that you need to have on you as the sunny days start to come in!

After months of being in the gloom of winter, places all over the world are taking on a completely different persona. Here in London, my morning walks have become extremely clear and beautiful. The sun is out, and that means so is everyone. You can see it everywhere – moms and their buggies, girls in their full skirts, men puttering around the house, and groups rushing to convene in their nearest parks! I absolutely love how the sun brings out the social creatures in us!

While the sun inspires us to soak in its glorious rays, it is still important to always be protected from its harmful effects. In comes a very important but understated fashion accessory – my favorite among all accessories – the perfect pair of sunnies.

The right sunglasses do more than make you look  like a celebrity hiding from paparazzi. They protect your eyes from UV rays that may later damage them come old age. So how exactly do you find the right pair for you?

I have recently used EyeBuyDirect.com to find the perfect pair of sunnies, and they did not fail me! Here are some key considerations I made when trying to pick my sunnies.

1. Style and function. Let’s face it, if you are putting something on your face for the public to see, you’d want it to be something that looks good. Whatever looks good on your favorite celebrity may not look good on you. I had several to choose from through EyeBuyDirect, and ended up going for an edgier more hipster look. Unless your goal is to walk the streets incognito, pick frames that complements your face instead of drowning it. I also tend to go for lighter shades since a very dark/ black lens can get impractical when driving or doing activities with moderate sunlight. My Enzo shades from Eye Buy Direct has gray lenses and they are perfect both in strong and subtle sunshine. They also have sport frames that are useful for more athletic function.

2. Prescription or non-prescription? I generally have good vision, however, this is a very important factor in buying sunglasses. You dont have to struggle ith contacts to enjoy sunglasses. t is also not healthy to settle for non-prescription ones to scrimp on cost. Just make sure to specify your presciption grade, and they can arrange it for you.

3. Fit and Face shape. I dont know about you, but I can never really tell what my face shape is. Even with all the guides online, I feel quite confused when it comes down to assessing my face shape. The only way to really tell if it is a good fit is to put them on. If you are like me, who has ten thousand things on your calendar and have become incredibly dependent on online shopping, you don’t have to worry. Eye Buy Direct has a really cool feature that allows you to try a pair of glasses virtually. Just upload a picture or turn on your webcam, and you get to see if they look good on you. Thank God for technology, right?

4. Price. I needed to be reminded that the right pair of sunglasses didn’t need to be top brand or extremely expensive. Since it didn’t cost too much, I was afraid that it ill feel like just any cheap pair of drugstore sunglasses, but I was pleasantly surprised by its sturdy make and construction.

5. Convenience. Over all, picking the perfect pair of sunnies or eyeglasses was a breeze with Eye Buy Direct. I got the pair in the mail in no time at all and I didn’t have to go through the trouble of getting sneered at by a sales clerk for wanting t try on 20 different pairs.

Try it yourself! Sun is out. Time to bring your best face forward. Don’t be afraid to soak up all that wonderful heat, just be sure to be ready for it – lather up that sunscreen and lounge in your new pair of sunnies! Happy days!
