Feather Backdrop

You know what I love?   Besides a party of course.   Birds.   Not as a pet, but get me anything with a cute little bird on it and I'm happy. I'm sure there's tons of you out there.  So even though I haven't had a 'bird' theme, I thought I'd make a little treat table for the backdrop I made.  Made with the one thing that reminds of a cute, fluffy bird...  Feathers!

The how to is pretty simple.  All you need is white feathers, fishing line and floral wire.

Just cut a small piece of the floral wire to attach the feather to the wire.

Twist the wire onto the end of the feather along the line.  

Continue on until you have what you need for your own feather backdrop.

Set up your dessert table and you have a soft and pretty backdrop.  Perfect for a baby shower or even a first birthday!


Or for someone like me.  



I am loving the white feathers against the baby blue.  Swoon!
