Business Wire: The National Father’s Day Council announced today that it has selected President Bill Clinton, Founder of the William J. Clinton Foundation and 42nd President of the United States, as a 2013 “Father of the Year” Award recipient. The awards will be presented at the 72nd Annual Father of the Year Awards in New York City on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.

President Clinton was elected into the office of President in 1992 and served two consecutive terms (1993 – 2001). Under his leadership, the country enjoyed the strongest economy in a generation and the longest economic expansion in U.S. history, including the creation of more than 22 million jobs.

They forgot to mention that Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives on two charges, one of perjury and one of obstruction of justice on December 19, 1998. Remember this?
