It's been about a month since I did a #FATFILES blog post and a lot of people on Twitter and on here have wondered why I haven't been updating.
The honest truth and short answer is that while I am still cutting back on fatty foods and exercising, I'm not really loosing a lot of weight right now. My fitness levels have really improved and my attitude in terms of being happy and content has also improved but I genuinely was convinced that you guys would just want to hear about how much I had lost and not the other progress that I had made.
According to a few of you that I've discussed this with, I WAS WRONG! woohoo! SO GUESS WHAT? #FATFILES is back!
I am still loosing weight, sometimes I have a small gain and then loose the weight again, nothing big or drastic, but small changes are happening.
I am most impressed by how much fitter I have become. I remember once being in Edinburgh and literally having to stop and catch my breath as I walked through Princes gardens. Now, I can walk briskly for as long as I like and barely notice any difference in my breathing. I can do a Jillian Michaels kettlebell exercise without feeling like I might pass out right after and trust me, she kicks yo' ass!
SIDE NOTE: I was doing squats and I went and sat down right after. I started to get really light headed and felt sick & had a bad stomach too. Is this because I sat down too quickly? or what did I do? lol would like to prevent it from happening again!
